3D Smartphones Launching in Japan in December

Japan’s Softbank Mobile unveiled 3D smartphones. These 3D phones, produced by Sharp, run on Google’s Android operating system and have 3.8-inch LCD screens.
The 3D smartphones enable users to snap pictures, play games and watch videos in 3D, without having the need to wear special glasses.
The 3D-capable Galapagos smartphone is expected to be released in December and another model of the brand in mid-February. [source: ET]
