GLMPS iPhone Camera App with Photo Sharing

GLMPS is an iPhone camera app for photo sharing. It allows users to capture an image and then share it with their friends on Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook and Foursquare. GLMPS can also capture five seconds of the video that precedes the shot. So instead of just sharing a static image, users could share a snippet of an actual moment. Source
