In Kerala , Job search via SMS from Airtel

Airtel has a ‘jobs on mobile’ service in Kerala now.

Dial *321*661# to get the info on your mobile as to how to use this service. Once you dial that, you will get an SMS with the following text.

“You recently visited Jobs on Mobile! Register ur profile now & : – Get matching jobs on SMS @Re.1/day  – Apply to jobs from ur mobile. Just reply (toll free) with J and ur job requirement. For example reply with : J bpo 0 yr bangalore , J teacher 2 yrs mumbai.”

Airtel has got the tieup with all the major job portals (naukri, monster, clickjobs and sulekha) except timesjobs. This is a pilot that they have launched in Kerala, which still remains the pilot territory for the FMCGs.
