Longtel Aims at Entry Level Mobile Market in India

With over 15 models of low-end mobile phones for the Indian Market, China based Longtel Communications Ltd is all set to tap the entry level mobile market in India. Competitively priced in the range of Rs 1400 to Rs 3500, Longtel aims to sell 50,000 units per month from January 2011 onwards.
Longtel, currently had its presence in Assam, Tripura, West Bengal, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Karnataka and Orissa and their expansion plan include entry into markets in Maharashtra, Andra Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir and Uttarkhand.
